Rheinsberg Railway Station equipped with a wheelchair lift
The railway station in Rheinsberg is fitted with a wheelchair lift, making it a convenient way for people with disabilities to travel from Berlin to Rheinsberg. The lift can be operated by personnel from HausRheinsberg Hotel am See or by members of the Rheinsberg Heimatverein.
The arrangement with DB (German Rail) is as follows:
A passenger registers in advance with DB's "MSZ" Mobility Service by dialling 01805 512512, or books via the online DB mobility service. The MSZ then informs the hotel, so that we know the time of arrival and other important information. Trained staff from HausRheinsberg Hotel am See and the Heimatverein will be waiting to help you at the station, and will later help you to get on the train when you depart.
You must make your reservation using DB's MSZ mobility service, otherwise we will not be able to help you at the station.
You should book a transfer from the station to the hotel in advance, and we will be glad to put you in contact with the appropriate services.
By road:
