The Munich architect office Sommersberger designed a hotel complex with 3 guest wings and one central building consisting of common rooms like a restaurant, seminar rooms, swimming pool, fitness centre, skittle alley as well as a big multi purpose hall " die Seehalle". The architect Stephan Wildgruber living in Munich worked closely with the Berlin architect office Dr Pawlik who took expertise leadership over the planning, supervision and construction.
